Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Rani Pink New York purchase. If something is not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused and unwashed
- In their original condition, with tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains or other signs of wear
- Returned in their original packaging, where possible
To request a return, please email hello@ranipinknewyork.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate mailing address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Approved items must be mailed within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Rani Pink New York is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches, exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to help you find a replacement or offer store credit when possible.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Hair accessories, including headbands and hair clips, for hygiene reasons
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@ranipinknewyork.com with your order number and clear photographs. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
The Beauty of Handmade
Many Rani Pink pieces are handcrafted using traditional printing, dyeing and quilting techniques. Slight variations in color, print placement, stitching and small dye marks are natural characteristics of the handmade process and make every piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
Please note that colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
