FAQ – Rani Pink New York

Our collections are designed in the US and handcrafted in small batches with artisan partners in Jaipur, India. We work with traditional textile techniques including hand block printing, screen printing and quilting.

Hand block printing is a traditional textile technique in which carved wooden blocks are dipped in dye and carefully stamped onto fabric by hand. The process requires time, precision and patience, with each color and section of the design printed separately.

The beauty of handcrafted textiles lies in their individuality. Slight variations in color, print placement, stitching and small dye marks may occur as part of the printing and making process. These details are not considered defects but are part of what makes every piece unique.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.

Please follow the care instructions provided on the individual product page or garment label, as care may vary by item.

Unless otherwise stated, we recommend washing cotton pieces in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning products. Air drying is recommended to help preserve the fabric and print. Handcrafted textiles may release a small amount of color during their first few washes, so washing them separately is advisable.

Measurements and fit notes are included on each product page. Some of our clothing is designed in relaxed or one-size silhouettes, and the relevant measurements will be provided in the description.

Our pieces are produced in small batches, and not every print or style will be restocked. Some customer favorites may return depending on fabric availability and demand.

Our collection includes a thoughtful mix of original pieces designed by Rani Pink in the US and curated pieces selected from our artisan partners in Jaipur. Whether designed or curated, every item is chosen for its quality, beauty, functionality and connection to India’s rich textile traditions.

Upcycling is a new initiative for Rani Pink, and one we plan to grow slowly and thoughtfully. We are beginning by transforming select fabric remnants and existing textiles into small accessories, giving beautiful materials a new purpose. Availability will be limited as we develop this practice over time.

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. During holidays, launches and market weekends, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

We begin preparing orders as quickly as possible, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please email hello@ranipinknewyork.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Only one promotional or discount code may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to previous purchases.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Certain products, including final-sale items, gift cards, personalized pieces and hair accessories, cannot be returned.

Please contact hello@ranipinknewyork.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue and make it right.

Yes. If your order is a gift, please include your message in the order notes at checkout. We will be happy to include a handwritten gift note with your package.

If you have a special gifting request, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm what is possible.
